5. Click "View" on any deal to see the full parsed document

What you'll see:

• AI Recommendations: Top 6 deals scored by probability analysis
• Recent M&A Deals: All S-4 and 8-K filings in your selected period
• AI Scores (0-100): Dynamic scoring based on 6+ factors (no random values)
• Parsed Documents: Clean, formatted SEC filing content with offerings data

AI Scoring Factors:

• Form Type Relevance: S-4 (100), 8-K Item 2.01 (90), Item 1.01 (80)
• Filing Recency: Last 7 days (100), 14 days (90), 30 days (75)
• Company Activity: Multiple filings indicate active M&A strategy
• Keyword Signals: "merger", "acquisition", "takeover", etc.
• Filing Complexity: Detailed filings suggest significant transactions
• 8-K Item Relevance: Material agreements and acquisition completions
